There is a forum for small terrestrial snakes here with some knowledgeable people on there. I have always heard that Dekays are not very specialized feeders, so one would think earthworms would be a good choice, but I've never kept them. I did have a ground snake that ate small crickets to my surprise, so maybe try that?
