Thank you so very much for the quick response. I don't think it's prolapsed because he just rolled back up about 10 mins ago, but it was still out for almost an hour and a half though. I'm going to take him to the vet this week just incase though, but I need to find a better one, the last one I took him to to get his first check up and fecal done, didnt know hardly anything about monitors and probably just the bare min. on reptiles all together, and he is a so called "exotic" vet.
