Some of this was based on research showing there is virtually no difference in pulchra and parvirubra. So they have lumped them all together. So of course they ran with that. They need to make more things illegal to justify their jobs IMO. Just another reason for good people to leave the Peoples Republic Of California. That state is bankrupt and sinking fast.
