Ha!Ha! it's true, Maryland is a little boring herp wise, but if you just want to see what we do have here, check out Great Falls Park & the C&O canal. This has been one of my favorite spots since I was a kid. The park itself is one of the most beautiful spots in Maryland, even if you don't find anything, it's worth a look, but there's plenty of snakes, turtles, even a few lizards. It is a State Park however, so any collecting is strictly illegal.
