I love Monterey. You can swim and the seals and sea lions are like RIGHT there. My parents say that if I go to Davis they will buy a house in the wine country. As for the water being cold, its California...what else could it be? lol. I remember being in bay area for 4th of july last year and I had to wear like 3 layers because it was like 40 degrees. I almost froze lol. But I love Ca...great state. Andy
