Bad idea. Mambas are for the most experienced venom keepers only. By no means aggressive, Mambas are skittish and extremely fast moving snakes, and their bites are lethal.
Having experts around taking care of you snakes actually sounds like a great idea, if you can afford to pay their salaries. Can you?
Also, injecting antivenom into your bloodstream can lead to anaphyletic shock, which may be just as life threatening as the snakebite itself, if not more. Don't try this at home.
