While I'm certainly no expert, I'd say your outdoor turtles are just slowing down for the winter.
I have had some spotteds that eat anything, and some that were picky as hell...and some that would eat a food item one week, and refuse it the next.
They can go quite some time without food...I would'nt be too concerned.
How did they eat during the warm months?
