Your lizard's eggs are probably fertile. Last year our office sagebrush lizards laid eggs, but decided to lay them outside the nest box, it was too late by the time I found them, so keep a close eye on yours. I think that you could probably get by fine without an incubator. Just find an area of your house that stays warm and maintains a stable temperature.
