I know this is an old post, but I shake my head at home remedies like this... the bloating is likely from renal failure in which case many of these medications you're using will shorten the lifespan. What will antibiotics do? Is their a goal with the shot gun approaches mentioned? Going to a vet and asking for a drug is the wrong approach. Try going to a vet and asking for his/her opinion of what is wrong and what they will prescribe for treatment.
