Breeding males

Do male chondro's fight? I was considering keeping 2.2 chondros together in a nice sized enclosure and I was curious if anyone has witness males fighting each other. I have kept animals together in the past successfully and would like to attempt this with chondros. Thanks in advance!

Male GTPs do fight, biting and constricting each other. Often these fights result in sever damage or death to one or both snakes. There is a report in Herp. Review of an adult male killing and eating another adult male.

I would not recommend tring to put more than a pair of animals together at a time. Feeding and record keeping for a pair together can be a nightmare. Sometimes there can be dangerous aggression even with a breeding pair. Robin

Is it alright to keep m/f pairs of these guys together when they are not actively breeding?

What about neos? Can they be kept together? If so, for how long?

I'm in the process of designing enclosures for yet to be purchased animals...

I was under the impression that this was a big no-no...
