A few years ago, I worked for a pet store that bred birds. They sent blood samples away for DNA sexing. Are there any labs that will do that for reptiles? I’ve found several sites online that do birds and dogs

Why would you need too? Reptiles, especially snakes are pretty easy to sex.

Actually, I would hope for more info than sex alone. Also to prove or disprove kinship.

Well you certainly can. Genetics is open field right now, many things to learn and many genes to document. I doubt that many species of snakes have been researched genetically. Someone would have to do the research and identify marker genes etc. Here is something that might interest you, it is an online Genome database, maybe you can become a pioneer in this?
