i bought this white sand for my freshwater fish tank and the first time i put it in there it was cloudy for atleast 3 days but but it got clearer after that but when i cleaned it about 4 days ago the fish tank has been cloudy since why is that?...sorry if english not so great im from china

Your english is just fine. 
It's probably from the re-suspension of the sand particles. Things should all settle out again. I wouldn't recommend sand for a freshwater system, but that's just me, I like ease when it comes to fish tanks. To each his/her own.
