These pics were taken about a year or two ago. Can someone please tell me if the "ridges" in her shell are pyramiding or just the natural texture of the shell?

That is just normal, healthy growth from a captive tortoise.
If this animal was raised in the wild, the growth would be smoothed somewhat by pushing through undergrowth or grass, etc.
