i love these guys, though i lost some color here due to my old-school(non-digital) camera...the male's at the bottom, below two pics of the girl...very surprisd by these two's appetite and high metabolismseems higher than a common king's.

Did you run into any problems getting them onto pinks? I have an '04 that is still very stubborn. He's all over a worm snake or ground skink, but will only take a scented pink once in a while. I'm cooling him now and going to start over with unscented pinks and go from there when I warm him back up.

I love mole kings. What locale are those?

Very beautiful. Though I don't have any experience with mole kings, I have found Prairie kings to have an aggressive appetite. I'd love to pick me up a Va. mole king sometime in the future.

yeah,i should have mentioned, these are from florida....i did'nt hatch these-no,i bought them as hatchlings....these guys were very small-did'nt get a weight like i normally do,but they were no more than 6-7" long...the hardest part was finding day-old pinks small enough for them, but they got them down, kept them down, and to my surprise showed not even a trace of bolus/lump less than 24 hours later...hey steve craig, you mentioned getting virginia specimens-is that where you are,va?

The South Eastern part of Virginia.
