I dont know the bright green spots is something that was happening a lot and being talked about on this forum about 5 years ago. It seems like most of the frogs that developed them were dying. So when i saw this on my frog i assumed it was the same thing. And i didnt change anything in the tank for the other frog and the spots went away.
