Personally, I would take away the partition and put in a water dish, while keeping the enclosure dry except for the water dish. Treefrogs do not need to swim and the water in the corner of the terrarium can be pretty difficult to keep clean. If the water is contaminated by fecal matter, then bacterial count will get quite high and the frog soaking in dirty water can get an infection. Water dishes can be more easily cleaned and the water changed more easily. The frogs do not drink but will sit in a water dish once in a while to soak up water through their skin.
