That's wonderful, Elizabeth. It made me all teary eyed when I read the part about Romeo's records. Your love for one another is being rewarded in the most unexpected way. Just a little gift from Romeo.
In the late 70s and early 80s, I researched our family tree. It took me all the way back to 1480, thanks to the help of my Swiss cousin who had letters which were writen to his 3rd great grandfather by my fourth great grandfather in 1801. I loved the experience of searching for my ancestors. It took me to Switzerland to meet my 6th cousin. He showed me my family's house in the Swiss mountains which was built almost 300 years ago by my 6th great grandfather.
