Hi Dr. Tobin,
Our cat had urinary blockage 2 days ago. We brought him to the vet right away, and this morning he was released from the hospital. X-ray shows no signs of stones or crystals.
Since he's back home, which is only a half hour ago, he goes to the bathroom quite often, but he does pee. It's a little bigger than a 25 cent coin each time. (He did pee a quite large amount of pee in the crate in the car while coming back home though)
My question is that I need to feed him a special canned diet that I bought at the vet for the rest of his life. It's Hill's Prescription Diet (c/d). He's about 3 years old.
Thank you in advance.
