I just bought some "rubber eels" yesterday from a local pet store. They told me they are really comon at this time of year. I did ask about there legallity, but they said they can get them every year. They had no clue to what I was talking about. But then again, I really clueless as to exactly why they are illegal. I've read the article on reptiles magazine but didnt get much from it.
