The hogs are copulating. I still wish I knew more about captive Mexican hogs. They seem to be a lot smaller then westerns, at least the population I am working with.
The axanthic pair it the second axanthic pair to copulate. This female is the least nicest looking and is in Opaque. Right in the middle. The pics were taken yesterday.
There timing here, seems to be like our local hogs. Later then most other snakes.
The first axanthic female to copulate, did not feed after I raised the temps. She copulated about a month after I slowly started to raise the temps, then still did not feed until 10 days after that, now has fed 7 days in a row.
The females the copulated yesterday, one was cooled, the other was not. Sorry for the out of focus pics of the axanthics, but being in focus will not help that girls looks. Best wishes
