I haven't started setting up the tank yet, unfortunately, but tonight I am hoping to have the chance to do it. Anything important that needs to get done always has to wait until after the little one goes to bed, lol. The stand I got is a little rusted and even though it's not necessary, I figured it would be much easier to fix it up now than later, but my son can help me with that so I'll probably get it done this afternoon. I'm not the most handy, but I think all I have to do is sand it down and give it a coat of black spray paint which I already have. The only thing I'll miss is having Cinderella the Betta right on my desk, but it'll be pretty cool to give him more space, plus from what I've been reading it's easier to manage and keep clean a tank than a little bowl, which doesn't seem like it would make sense but it does. Thank you again, and I'll be in touch very soon to let you know how things are progressing. (btw, the name "Phishie, is it just a cute play on the spelling or are you a fan of the band? lol) [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Hide Replies ]
