You don't secure anything in a class 5 hurricane (Andrew) that was so strong it was peeling the asphalt off the road. Many dealers lost their stock because the entire building was blown into the everglades. As mentioned before, the DNA work has been done, they are all pretty much related to each other. If these animals were all released as pets, there would be far more albinos, greens, and granites being found.
